Paul Rybicki is Country Head of Singtel-owned DSpark, a business that transforms mobility data into insights for organisations around Australia.

Since 2015, Paul’s leadership has enabled the organisation to become a respected pioneer in processing large geo-spatial temporal mobility data to deliver intelligence on people and places using the highest data privacy standards. DSpark is all about understanding how people move, where they go and what they do, empowering organisations to map their strategy around where people live work, and play.

Prior to heading up DSpark, Paul spent 5 years running OTT and content products across Optus, most notably launching Australia’s first OTT sports service. Prior to this he worked at Foxtel and BSkyB heading up data science and insights after having worked extensively across APAC and Europe in management consulting for large scale telco and media operators.
