National Reconciliation Week
Phil Lockyer | Tourism Australia | Head of Indigenous Affairs
National Reconciliation Week
Thanks so much to Tourism Australia‘s Head of Indigenous Affairs Phil Lockyer for sharing his invaluable insight into what National Reconciliation Week means to him and the steps we can and should be making towards reconciliation. This year’s theme – Now More Than Ever – serves as a reminder that our journey to reconciliation and the fight for justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people will – and must – continue.
NRW is an opportunity for all Australians to show their support
and learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements.
Check out all the activities and events on this week (May 27 – June 3) here and see how you can mark NRW near you – https://lnkd.in/g6jx6wgB
