Will O’Neill

Will is Chief Financial & Strategy Officer at Busways, one of the largest private public transport operators in Australia.  Will has been with Busways for over 5 years and has played a key part in the development and implementation of Busways transformation strategy as it seeks to leverage its world leading capabilities in the rapidly changing operating and regulatory environments of public transport.   Amongst other things, Will has led the introduction of technology enabled real-time demand responsive transport services at Busways.  Prior to joining Busways, Will was a Corporate Finance partner at one of the top tier ‘big four’ professional services firms.
