Duncan Edghill

Duncan was the Deputy Director-General, Transport Canberra, responsible for the delivery of transport infrastructure and the provision of public transport services across Canberra. In this role, Duncan has overseen the delivery of the first stage of Canberra’s light rail network under a PPP arrangement, and was responsible for the development of Canberra’s second stage of light rail. Duncan was also responsible for the delivery of road infrastructure in the ACT. Prior to joining the ACT Government, Duncan held a variety of roles within an investment bank and utility organisation in Australia, Europe and North America.
